Yoga and Pilates
Phillippa Taylor has been practicing yoga for over 30 years. A visit to India in her early twenties changed everything, and she realised that stillness and calm are the great transformers, not drama.
This profound realisation led her to delve deeper into the world of meditation, eventually becoming a teacher at the Siddha Yoga ashram in Dulwich Hill. She has also completed a three-year teacher training course at North Sydney Yoga.
Drawing upon her holistic approach to wellness, Phillippa also shares her knowledge and passion for mindful movement through her Pilates classes as well.
With a deep understanding of the mind-body connection, she continues to inspire and guide her clients on their journey to physical and spiritual wellbeing.
