Fitness Classes

Yes, the majority of our new starters have either had some time off from regular exercise or are starting for the first time. 

Not at all! Our classes are designed for all fitness levels, with modifications provided for beginners and advanced participants alike.

Absolutely! We specialise in offering options and modifications as needed, which is why we keep our classes small (max. 6-8 ladies). This allows us to ensure your safety and always provide personalised attention. 

Just a towel and water bottle, we have everything else you need.

Nothing fancy, just normal active wear that you can move comfortably in and shoes with a flat sole that you would go for a walk in.  

You can book into a class or sign up through the website, the PTminder App or in person. 

There are a number of classes to choose from including:  

*Strength Fusion - a full body workout including strength, resistance training, balance, some cardio and core.  

*Box & Burn - this high-energy class includes boxing techniques with some core and cardio workouts to enhance your fitness. 

*Mat Pilates - a class that strengthens your core, hips and glutes, improves flexibility, and enhances body awareness.  

*Reformer Pilates - uses a reformer machine to enhance core stability, muscle toning and flexibility through controlled movements.  

*Yoga Flow - this class emphasises fluid movement and mindfulness, promoting flexibility, strength, and relaxation. 

*Yoga & Meditation – this class combines yoga poses with meditation to help you relax, de-stress, and improve your mind-body connection  

*Stretch & Flex - improve your flexibility and mobility through a series of gentle stretching exercises to enhance your range of motion.  

*Spin - get ready to sweat in this high-energy class. Boost your cardiovascular fitness while building lower body strength 

Yes. Most of the women in our classes have some sort of old injury or niggle, so you will not be alone. We can modify and adjust the exercises and find alternatives for anything that may concern you. Please just let us know at the beginning of the class.

Yes, you can park at Dan Murphy's/The Forest Hotel or there is street parking off Frenchs Forest Road East.  

No, we don’t have any joining fees or lock in contracts.

We offer three types of memberships for our group classes.  

*2x classes per week - choose up to 2x classes for that week.  

*5x classes per week - choose up to 5x classes for that week. 

*7x classes per week - choose up to 7x classes for that week.  

There is also a 10-pack option available, as well as a 7-day FREE trial.  

You can put your membership on hold, but you must give a minimum of 2 week's notice. 

Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time, but you must give a minimum of 2 week's notice.

3. The "client area name" is Nikkithompson. Then select FemmeFitness from the business name list. 

4. Fill in your details and complete the questionnaire 

5. Purchase a Membership (group classes) or Package (10-pack for group classes) 

6. Book into a class

We have a wide range of equipment including cardio machines (treadmills, rowers, ski erg, bikes), free weights and kettlebells, resistance machines for strength training, reformer pilates beds, spin bikes, ropes, TRX, and more
