Our small group classes offer a more personalised experience, with a maximum of 6-8 women per class. These classes are perfect for all fitness levels and cover a range of interests, including Functional Fitness, Strength Training, Boxing, Yoga, Reformer Pilates, Pilates and Spin.

Strength Fusion

This full-body workout combines strength and resistance training with exercises to improve balance, core stability, and overall fitness. Incorporating weights, resistance bands, functional movements, and machines.

Schedule: Monday 6:30am, 12:50pm, 5:30pm

This energising mid to high-intensity class blends boxing with core and cardio exercises. You'll improve your strength, coordination, and fitness while getting an excellent full-body workout. 

Schedule: Monday 6:20pm and Saturday 10:20am

Mat Pilates

This class is designed to target and strengthen your core, hips, and glutes, helping you build a solid foundation of strength and stability. Also, improving flexibility and enhancing overall body awareness.

Reformer Pilates

Experience the benefits of using a reformer machine to take your fitness to the next level. Through precise, controlled movements, the reformer helps enhance core stability, improve muscle tone, and increase flexibility. 

Schedule: Sunday 9:00am

Yoga Flow

This class is designed to emphasise fluid, controlled movements combined with mindfulness to create a balanced and rejuvenating workout that improves flexibility and strength.

Yoga & Meditation

This class blends yoga poses with meditation techniques to help you unwind and reduce stress. This allows you to deepen your awareness, improve flexibility, and find balance both physically and mentally.

Stretch & Flex

Improve your flexibility and mobility with a series of gentle stretching exercises that focus on enhancing your range of motion. This class helps to release tension and increase flexibility.

Prepare to get your heart pumping in this high-energy class! Designed to boost your cardiovascular fitness, it also focuses on building lower body strength, leaving you feeling powerful and energised.
