We are thrilled to announce a groundbreaking partnership between Femme Fitness and My Menopause Transformation (MyMTâ„¢) founded by the esteemed Dr. Wendy Sweet (PhD).
Under the guidance and support of Femme Fitness, led by Nikki Thompson, and the expertise of Dr. Wendy Sweet (PhD) we are proud to bring you a revolutionary approach to women's health and fitness.
We aim to help women in navigating their menopausal journey and rediscovering their best selves. We achieve this through on-going support, small group training sessions held at Femme Fitness and a comprehensive 12-week online program which is full of information and packed with lifestyle solutions.
With over 15,000 women around the world already experiencing life-changing results through MyMTâ„¢, we are excited to extend this transformative opportunity to the Northern Beaches community of women.

How Will This Program Benefit Me?Â
Our program is tailored to offer support, guidance, advice and coping mechanisms to help you tackle various symptoms, such as, sleeping through the night, alleviating stress and anxiety, addressing sore joints and so much more.
If you’re currently using hormone replacement therapy (HRT) or antidepressants, rest assured that our program is designed to complement these GP-prescribed medical treatments.
This energising mid to high-intensity class blends boxing with core and cardio exercises. You'll improve your strength, coordination, and fitness while getting an excellent full-body workout.Â
